Trivia[]

  • The story of El-ahrairah and Lord Frith is told after the group arrives in Watership Down Warren rather than at the beginning of the story like most other adaptations.
  • A number of scenes common in most adaptations are missing in this version:
    • The story begins directly when Hazel and Fiver speak to Threarah, skipping the prior scene of Fiver's nightmare.
    • The poem scene recited by Silverweed in most versions is skipped over. This also means Silverweed is not present nor mentioned.
    • The scene with Bigwig luring a Fox away, only to run into an efrafan patrol is absent.
    • Blackavar, and notable scenes involving him are absent in this version.
