Periwinkle is one of Primrose and Hazel's kits first introduced in the TV series episode The Mysterious Visitors. He is a small shy, green tinted rabbit. His siblings are Snowdrop, Gilia and Mallow. Periwinkle never appear again after The Homecoming.

Primrose is seen explaining a patch of flowers to Periwinkle and another kit. Later, he is seen playing with Dandelion and a few other kits. Later, Pipkin tells a story to Periwinkle and his siblings about how he flew.
