Moneywort is a male rabbit in Efrafa that appears only in the book. When Efrafa was in need of officers, Captain Chervil recommended him and Marjoram to General Woundwort, who knew them both, but thought neither one of them were officer material. When Moneywort appears, he is checking the weather for silflay. Bigwig orders him to wake Chervil and takes his place. It is unknown what became of him afterwards.
